Our General Practice service functions like a modern primary care visit delivered conveniently through secure video.
You’ll work with the same physician for consistent, ongoing care rather than starting over with someone new each time regardless of where you live.
What We Can Help With
Initial evaluation of new symptoms or health concerns
- Management of chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid issues, asthma, etc.)
- Medication management and renewals
- Preventive care and wellness discussions
- Ordering laboratory tests (drawn at local Labcorp or Quest centers) with follow-up interpretation
- Coordinating and consolidating medications from other telehealth services when appropriate
How it Works
Appointments are designed to be efficient and comprehensive. Many patients appreciate being able to address multiple issues in one visit instead of scheduling several separate appointments.Important Details Available in Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, New York, California, Oregon, and Washington
Some services (including controlled substances) may be limited depending on your state
- We do not prescribe opioids or manage chronic pain conditions
- We do not manage addiction or provide rehab services
- We do not accept insurance (including Medicare or Medicaid)
This is not a subscription service — pay only for the visits you need.
Telemedicine has limitations. If in-person evaluation or specialist care is needed, we will recommend it clearly.
Booking & Fees
Booking Access Fee: $5 (plus credit card processing fee)
Appointment Fees:
- Initial General Practice Visit (60 minutes): $200
- Follow-up Appointments (30 minutes): $100
(Only available after completing an initial appointment) - Quick Check-in Appointments (15 minutes): $50
(Available for select established patients at the provider’s discretion)
Frequently Asked Questions
A: No. We do not accept insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid. This helps keep our pricing transparent and allows more time to focus on your care.
