Dr. John C Tomkinson, MD is a licensed physician with broad experience in telemedicine and a strong clinical foundation in pathology and laboratory medicine. This background allows for a precision approach to diagnostic questions and informed decisions about testing and treatment.

Dr. Tomkinson's practice philosophy centers on practical, evidence-based medicine that respects patients’ time and budgets. By operating outside the traditional insurance model, Dr. Tomkinson can focus on thorough visits that address the full picture of patient health rather than rushing through single-issue encounters. Dr. Tomkinson does not provide therapy or counseling services but will recommend or refer to appropriate behavioral health professionals when indicated.

The practice does not manage chronic pain with opioids, treat addiction, or provide rehab services. The goal is to serve as an effective medical home for general health needs and, where permitted by state law, thoughtful ADHD evaluation and management.
