ADHD Assessment & Management
We offer careful, structured evaluation and management of ADHD for adults in Washington, New York, and Tennessee only.The initial diagnostic appointment is scheduled for a full one-hour timeslot to allow for a thorough clinical assessment.
What to Expect
During the evaluation, we review your history, symptoms, and relevant information in detail. If stimulant medication or other treatment is medically indicated and appropriate, it may be prescribed. However, there is no guarantee of a prescription — treatment decisions are made only when clinically warranted after careful review.
Important ADHD Appointment Information A deposit fee is required to reserve your appointment slot. This helps reduce no-shows and prevents fraudulent or non-serious bookings.
We do not provide therapy or counseling sessions in-house. When behavioral support is recommended, we will refer you to appropriate mental health professionals.
If an in-person evaluation is determined to be necessary, we will clearly communicate this recommendation.
Ongoing Management
Once an initial assessment is completed and a treatment plan established, follow-up appointments are available for medication management and monitoring as needed.

- Initial ADHD Assessment & Management (60 minutes): $200
- Follow-up Appointments (30 minutes): $100
(Only available after completing an initial appointment) - Quick Check-in Appointments (15 minutes): $50
(Available for select established patients at the provider’s discretion)
